Planting a tree in the Spring
is a wonderful, wonderful thing!
The branches and leaves a green shelter weave,
a place for the birdies to sing!

From the smallest seeds big things will grow.
It's the way that the world works, you know!
With rain, sun and care and the love that we share,
the Earth is where growing things grow!

Watching a fox with her kits,
she's a mommy and so proudly sits
As her children all play on a bright, sunny day,
its a lesson from nature we gets!

Finding a shell on the sand,
what a treasure to hold in your hand!
From the sea it did come, 'cause it used to be home
to a wee thing that grew to be grand!

Helping a garden to grow
